    We got the firestick fully loaded – there is an amazing amount of content available. For the TV geeks among you, the Firestick came with Kodi – Xanax build. There are so many add ons available, we are still exploring everything there is available. What I view as the downside is that it is a bit difficult to find your way around the app. I have found articles on the internet helpful. We got this firestick, and an HD antenna and there is no need for cable. The one missing feature is DVR capability. We found that Hulu solves this problem nicely. For those who don’t DVR much, I woldn’t bother. In place of DVR, go the “TV calendar” feature in TV shows on Kodi. You can search by day of the week and find pretty much any TV program that was on for the date that you want. This is a nice DVR substitute for folks who DVR infrequently. All in all, a great purchase! Shipping was fast and free. Item worked immediately out of the box . (Although it did some work to get the firestick to find our Wi-Fi network. Turning the Firestick off and back on again did work.)

The only thing I stream is news and sometimes it gets kicked off and you have to sign back in or it stops the stream , but I guess that’s part of the game if you want free live TV…. have to switch players sometimes…would love to get ustvgo on this device… definitely can’t complain…

    At first,being 7 years old,didn’t understand how to use this. However,the support answered my email promptly. After reading this,I realized that it was so simple that even I could figure it out(lol). I am on social security and well below the poverty level. I bought this to replace the ripoff Direct TV. I talked to their loyalty department at Directv & a lady came on & said she could help keep my bill around $70. She put me on hold & came back a minute or later. She said the rate would be $ dollars. Ever since AT&T took over the quality of Directv has dropped. To say the least,I was very upset,having asked for help & all I got was the same monthly amount that the package goes for and no discount at all. I had received help with the bill for the 7 years I was a customer. My bill was Always paid on time. They lost a potential life long customer.     I love this firestick I have got to watch shows I have never got to watch in a long time and shows I did not know that was on and the BIG PLUS is I’m not paying DISH $ a month .     First of all, I rarely review any item good or bad but this is such a great product I had to share my thoughts. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS Fire Stick!!!! I have had several TV boxes in the past and none compare. Actually just sent one back yesterday. This is so user friendly – no goofing around with downloading content from repositories needing to make sure you have the URL correct. Eliminates the guess work. Excellent speed test results even with using tablets at the same time (we do have Spectrum 00 mbps service). Also, kudos to WireWireWeb for enclosing the Quick Start cheat sheet. I have recommended this item to my family .

    I honestly don’t know why anyone would go with any other option for their streaming fix — this little wonder is perfect, right out of the box.     Love the product ive purchased the cube, the stick, etc. Over the last several years always works only downfall is you have to buy a new cube, stick, etc, every or so years and then reteach yourself all the new kodi, zion tv, to name some thats the one and only negative mark. One day your watching movies all day and then the next day no movies but everything else you can watch tv, music. But love it i would recommend it to anyone……

    It is working great. The only issue is certain apps like Mobdro. You select a channel to watch, for a few seconds get stuck, then it goes back in the program about seconds, and repeat scenes you already view. It use to happen in Cinema app, but after an upgrade, that went away.
