DMCA Policy

At StreamersOnFire.com, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, we have implemented a process for addressing copyright infringement claims related to our services.

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may report alleged copyright infringements occurring on or through our site. Upon receiving a properly formatted DMCA Notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content from our platform.

Please ensure that the subject of your email is titled “DMCA Copyright Notice.”

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are civil penalties, including costs and attorney fees, for anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents information in a notification of infringement.

You can reach our designated copyright agent via our contact form. Upon receiving your notice, we will take necessary action, as we deem appropriate, including removing the challenged content from our site.

This process does not limit our ability to pursue any other remedies we may have to address suspected infringement.
